That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that
you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
As the Scripture says, “anyone who trusts in Him will never be put to shame.”

To have this assurance and gift of eternal life in Heaven,
Say the following prayer to God:
“Father, I believe that Jesus died on the cross, shed His blood
as the Perfect Lamb of God to forgive me of my sins. I profess with
my mouth and believe in my heart that Jesus is the Way, the Truth
and the Life. I ask for forgiveness of all my sins as far back as the
original sin. I declare that Jesus is My Savior and My Lord.”
For God so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son (Jesus) that whoever
believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
